Return Policy

Products sold in Hehku-Pro Oy's Hehkustore.fi online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return only applies to consumer customers.

The product to be returned must be intact and in salable condition without dents and damage. Any accessories supplied with the product must also be returned when returning the product. If the product can be left as it is to be transported by the post office, and the return does not require separate processing, the return is free of charge for the customer. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be charged to the customer.
